🔹 Position: Executive – Technology Transfer
📍 Location: Karakhadi, Vadodara
🧠 Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with R&D for new product development and feasibility studies.
Plan and execute pilot-scale batches to match R&D yield and quality targets.
Develop BFDs (Block Flow Diagrams), PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) for new products and trial processes.
Conduct risk assessments (RC/ARC/DSC) and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials in accordance with MSDS guidelines.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for raw materials and ensure alignment of batch trials with industry norms.
Perform mass and energy balance calculations for new or modified processes.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of pilot projects, ensuring that all milestones are met.
Conduct HAZOP studies in coordination with the Process Safety Management (PSM) team to mitigate operational risks.
Ensure successful scale-up and validation of product batches at the plant level.
Troubleshoot engineering issues during trials and work on process optimization.
Willingness to travel frequently for pilot trials at in-house or external facilities.

Strong technical knowledge in equipment sizing and operation of:

Reactors
Reboilers
Distillation Columns
Heat Exchangers
Vacuum Pumps
Filtration & Crystallization Systems
High-Temperature Distillation Units
