Cancellation Terms

1. No Cancellation or Refund Policy:
   • Once enrollment is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
   • Participants are advised to carefully review session details before completing enrollment.
2. No Transfer Policy:
   • Enrollments are strictly non-transferable. Participants cannot transfer their enrollment to another individual or reschedule to a future session.
3. Cancellation by ChemKlub:
   • If ChemKlub cancels a session, participants will be offered the option to enroll in a future session or receive a credit toward another course.

Terms and Conditions

   • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to confirm participation in the session.
2. Online Session Delivery:
   • All sessions are conducted online using platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
   • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the necessary software and hardware for the session.
3. Participant Responsibilities:
   • Participants must attend sessions as scheduled. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled, and no refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
4. Certification:
   • Certificates of completion will be issued only to participants who meet all session requirements, including attendance and assessments.
5. Intellectual Property:
   • All training materials are the property of ChemKlub and are provided for personal learning only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.
6. Privacy Policy:
   • Participant information will be used solely for session-related purposes in compliance with ChemKlub’s privacy policy.
7. Liability:
   • ChemKlub is not responsible for technical issues or disruptions on the participant’s end during online sessions.
8. Dispute Resolution:
   • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of [City/Country] courts.
