About Course

The training on Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR, and PSV Sizing at Bayer Crop Science, Vapi, was designed to enhance the technical capabilities of employees in process simulation, engineering design, and safety management. Aspen Plus, a powerful process modeling tool, was introduced to optimize and simulate chemical processes, allowing engineers to analyze different production scenarios and improve plant efficiency. Training on Aspen EDR (Engineering Data Repository) helped participants streamline access to critical process data, facilitating better decision-making and design optimization. In addition, PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) sizing was covered in-depth, equipping engineers with the skills to properly size safety valves according to process parameters, ensuring plant safety and regulatory compliance. The combination of these advanced tools in the training program aimed to improve both the design and operational aspects of plant processes while enhancing safety standards and reducing operational risks.
