Roles and Responsibilities :-
Studies of Process flow diagrams.
 Organized root cause corrective action teams to reduce costs and improve quality of product.
 Develop, configure and optimize plant manufacturing/recovery process.
 Basic engineering, line sizing, pump hydraulics, heat exchanger design.
 Providing process engineering support like completing PFDS / M & EB etc.
 Well known of operations like vacuum Distillation, Azeotropic distillation.
 Improved cycle time efficiency.
 Provided immediate response to production issues identified on the shop floor.
 Assuring good recovery and quality of solvents
 Assisting Maintenance Activities
 Working as a process engineer for IPA-WATER azeotropic distillation plant commissioning and startup
effort.
 Trouble shooting of water ring vacuum pump, cooling tower.
