Role – Graduate Engineer Trainee / Trainee Application Engineer

Location : Mumbai
Experience : 1-3 Years

Roles & Responsibility:

Review inquiry/ tender documents. Coordinate with available resources to generate preliminary estimate and prepare techno-commercial bid proposal Work with end user/ consultants to resolve techno-commercial queries Prepare competitive quote as per the client requirement for the product/project to be supplied. Support to the Customer for product / project delivery & after sales service. Conduct demo presentation & training at customer site. Provide support for new business development, & upgrades in the existing product / project. Visit customer site for installations or troubleshooting. (post-delivery activities) Customer Co-ordination for testing of products in his/her presence. Coordinate with team of service engineers / technicians with continual improvement drive. Maintain healthy professional relationship with Customers. Provide SOPs or other troubleshooting manuals as requested by the customer.

Education: BTech (Mechanical and Chemical Engineers)
