Hiring: Chemical Engineer – Full Time – Sharjah based.

Qualifications and Skills:
================
– B.Tech Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 4 years experience in waterproofing & construction chemical manufacturing industry.
– Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technical documentation. Knowledge of industry standards is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams, including production, sales, and R&D.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Experience and working knowledge of Ms. Office and ERP systems.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to support product and regulatory compliance.
– Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure product quality and consistency during manufacturing as required.
– Provide technical support to the sales team by preparing and sharing required technical documents and competitor product comparison.
– Support a part of ongoing new product development.
