Experience -2+ years from Chemical Industry
CTC upto 6.5 lac

Required skills
1. Material balance, Energy balance calculations.
2. Yield calculation, Theoretical and actual gap identification
3. Energy conservation – steam, power, and water reduction.
4. Capacity enhancement through cycle time reduction of bottleneck stages.
5. Plant trials, analysis the data and discussion with respective stakeholders for further steps.
6 Knowledge of Unit operations -Distillation columns, Reactions, extraction, filtration, washing.
7. Experience on DCS system, interlocks.
8. Utility-cooling tower, chiller, Nitrogen, boiler. Etc
9. HAZOP, PSSR, 5 S, Kaizen, SAP,
Timely execute the Cost Improvement projects- Yield improvement, material, waste and utility factor improvement.
Capacity enhancement through cycle time reduction.
